Organic Guar Gum Powder is made by grinding the seed of guar beans and is an off-white, flour-like powder with an earthy odour. Guar gum can be used as a thickener and emulsifier in gluten-free baking and cooking, it can also be used as a fibre supplement as a source of soluble fibre.
