This sugar has a delicious toffee-like flavour with a slight hint of coconut and can be substituted for other sugars in baking. It can also be used in place of honey or agave in recipes, desserts, coffee and tea. No GMO, added colours, flavours or preservatives. Unbleached and unrefined!
